Mike Green

Mike Green

Founder, CEO
Founder, CEO, Scholar Athlete Football, Industry, Professor, Geosciences. Niche, Safe Drinking Water, Smaller USA Communities. Mike Green holds degrees in geosciences and teaching from Millsaps College and Mississippi State University. As a seasoned geoscientist, he has worked with major manufacturing, chemical, and petroleum companies, where he also served as a senior environmental and regulatory compliance manager.

Over the course of his career, Mike has opened and managed multiple large offices for environmental management firms, building teams that delivered impactful solutions. He brings extensive experience in securing state and federal funding for environmental projects, helping communities address critical challenges.

Having witnessed firsthand the effects of industrial activity on water, soil, and air quality, Mike chose to focus his expertise on supporting municipalities with drinking water, environmental, and infrastructure needs. He is passionate about ensuring that smaller communitiesโ€”often overlookedโ€”gain access to the resources and knowledge they need for a safer future.

In addition to his professional work, Mike has served as an adjunct professor of geosciences at South Louisiana Community College, sharing his expertise with the next generation of environmental leaders.

Mr. Green is also a high-level college athlete in football and has earned distinction as a scholar athlete.

Dr. Colby B. Jubenville

Dr. Colby B. Jubenville, Ph.D.

Colby B. Jubenville, Ph.D., is an accomplished international speaker, author, educator, and coach. He holds an academic appointment at Middle Tennessee State University, where he serves as Director of the CBHS Center for Student Coaching and Success, Special Assistant to the Dean for Student Success and Strategic Partnerships in the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences, and a member of the Honors College faculty.

A native of Mobile, Alabama, now living in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Dr. Jubenville earned his doctorate at the University of Southern Mississippi and competed as an NCAA Division III student-athlete at Millsaps College. Among his many achievements, one stands out as his most cherished: being named Defensive Lineman of the Year in 1993 by Coach Ranager at a small banquet celebrating his senior seasonโ€”a recognition that instilled values he carries into every facet of his life.

With a career spanning academia, entrepreneurship, and leadership development, Dr. Jubenville continues to inspire and guide others toward success through his work, speaking engagements, and published works.

Michael Collins

Michael Collins

Michael Collins holds a bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting from East Central University, a law degree from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Washington University.

With a career spanning law, finance, and strategic planning, Michael operates a private practice serving small- to mid-sized clients, as well as high-net-worth individuals. His focus has evolved from compliance work to sophisticated planning and structuring of transactionsโ€”helping clients minimize tax liabilities, protect assets, manage complex transactions, and implement estate and wealth preservation strategies.

In addition to his legal practice, Michael serves as an external CFO for several regional real estate and construction companies. He has acted as an expert witness in matters involving income and valuations and has taught accounting at the college level.

Earlier in his career, Michael worked with the Comptroller of the Currency, a major national bank, and a top-ten national accounting firmโ€”experience that provides him with a broad, practical perspective in both legal and financial arenas.
